Fishygill, Yes, in order to work with this footage you will need to convert it to match the frame rate of the composition you are making. robinrollins (or anyone else) I saw you mentioned AVC. I have this program and I'm downloading some of this stock footage to integrate into my projects. I shoot with a Sony HD cam at 25fps (around 8000 bit rate rendering usually). In order to use these files in my projects what should I convert the files to in order to edit smoothly? Any help would be awesome! Thanks

Maybe you can give me some advice (or anyone else -) I shoot and edit in HD 25fps (8000 bit rate or there about) What should I convert these avi, quicktime HD files to in order to fit in with my projects which include my own footage at those specs?
